"Marjee and Lisa are great at selling insurance, and especially attentive when taking payments. Just pray you don't have a claim. BC if you do, you are on your own. Marjee's response was that claims doesn't want agents involved- ever. So after paying comprehensive coverage premiums for 5 years, I had to tow the vehicle 3 times to 3 shops that all gave estimates $2500-$2900, for the same work that claims would pay $600 (then $1000 when pressed, also the deductible). Note: my SF premiums doubled in 5 years with zero claims... go check progressive. It's an insane difference in savings."
